It seems that Samsung is getting used to delays or, perhaps, to lend one greater zeal in releases of hardware as software to make sure that any problem will emerge in a year that will be critical to regain the trust of its users.
While them updates of Android 7.0 Nougat already is have State deploying during the latest weeks for them owners of them smartphones Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, the users that have between their hands with some model of the Galaxy S6 or of the S6 Edge, that already has with two years of age, continue waiting for the arrival of Nougat. In fact, Samsung has confirmed that updates of Nougat for both phones, at least in the United Kingdom, have been delayed.
The confirmation came from the hand of the own official account on Twitter of Samsung UK, highlighting that the delay was due to the desire of the company to revise the ‘quality’ of the update. But on his Twitter, Samsung did not offer a new date or term of release of the update of Nougat, simply limited to affirm that “will be available at the earliest opportunity”.
Earlier, an Executive of Samsung in Turkey said that updates to Android Nougat for Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, Edge S6 + and Note 5 will launch in late February however, it is obvious that the planning of updates has proved to be too optimistic.
With the arrival of Android Nougat the S6 Galaxy, most of the features that have come to the Galaxy S7 will be available in this terminal, although there will be some exceptions already that the Galaxy S6 not count on some of the new ways of the S7 camera neither the option Always On Display, among other functions. Let us hope that between these new developments nor is battery in the S7 series loss.
