The G6 LG boasts an original resistance test

LG G6 prueba de resistencia

LG smartphones were never known for their strength. The LG V10 was probably the first successful attempt of the company in the manufacture of a heavy duty device, but with the G6, the Korean company takes things to another level.

As you already have a few weeks ago, LG G6 is a very strong smartphone, although it may not be listed as a “rugged” device. Even so, as you can see in the video that attached below, the new flagship of LG can withstand multiple drops and impacts without problems.

IP68, aluminum frames and unibody design certification

But to make the endurance test even more original and entertaining, LG resorted to a Rube Goldberg machine. Throughout the video, the company highlights some of the main functions of the device, as its certification of IP68 resistance, which makes it submersible to a depth of 1.5 meters for 30 minutes, or the fact that it may fall from heights of 1 meter without that great damage.

In another stage of the test, the LG G6 is subjected to extreme temperatures (resists temperatures between-20 ° C to + 60 ° C) without suffering any damage, but also include other features, such as fast-charging, battery protection, the quality of the screen (which by the way has Gorilla Glass 3glass) or its aluminum rims.

Among other strength-oriented features, LG G6 also brings a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 layer on the back, the edges of the screen are slightly rounded and the camera does not protrude in relief, apparently making the smartphone to have an even smaller design.

A good video in our opinion that makes the difference of other videos we’ve seen lately in the same category.
