The last launch of the Lenovo Yoga Book series drew much attention for many of its features and by having a price not quite low however, was not the perfect hybrid. Apparently, aware of this, the company has been working on another new model of the Yoga Book, this time with a larger screen and a much more affordable price.
This new model of the Yoga Book series, which has not yet been announced officially and is currently known as the Yoga Tablet A12, has been listed at United States Amazon to an irresistible price of only $299.
But its price is even more attractive if we attend to their specifications. This Yoga Book A12 presents a screen more big of 12.2 inches that however, offers a resolution less that the previous panel (1280 × 800 front 1920 × 1080 earlier).
It is not clear which is the processor that moves inside, although it is known that he continues to use a chip from Intel 2.4 GHz quad-core, that might be the Intel Atom x 5-Z8550 reflected in other listings and that matches those specifications.
This processor is accompanied of 2 GB of RAM and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, plus 128 GB of internal storage that are put in doubt by looking too for the price offered. Other listings of retailers in Germany have sealed 32GB, which seems more logical and probable.
One of the major complaints about the “keyboard Halo” in the original Book Yoga was the compact was, something that would not be a problem with the size of this new model.
Whereas the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona (MWC) 2017 is just around the corner, it seems very likely that Lenovo surprised with new announcements, including new hybrids such as this new Yoga Book.
